Show Social SOUTHERN UTAH NEWS WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 28, 1996 Barney returns Boyd K Barney, son of Charles and Marie Barney, has returned from the Harrisburg Pennsylvania Mission. He gave his report on September 15 in the Kanab 2nd Ward. Brown and Hamblin tie knot Mac Brown and Joyce Hamblin were married September 7, 1996 at the St. George LDS Temple. Following the ceremony, a luncheon was enjoyed by their families and friends at the Worthen Park Gazebo. MacDonaldBlake wedding and Janean Blake are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter Lynette, to Rory MacDonald, son ofDennis and Pam MacDonald on Friday, September 27, 1996 in St. George. A reception will be held in Kanab onSaturday, September 28,1 996 at the Holiday Inn from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. All friends and relatives are invited to join in the celebration. Larry Kanab Womens Civic Club Due to the U.S. Open (and being a tennis fan) our article is a bit late. The Kanab Womens Civic Club (KWCC) is getting ready for its 1996-9- 7 year. We welcome all our members and newcomers to participate in the Clubs various community activities. First, thanks to those who contributed their time and diligently plied their skills at the 4th of July and County Fair; especially our pink and blue fuzzy cotton candy makers! KWCC enjoys being part of these activities. . Of immediate importance for We encourage all 5 year olds (or slightly older) to come and seek donations of items which can be sold at this event.
