As a young man he displayed an unusual talent for map making and geography. He has always had a tremendous interest in sports. He was very loyal to his family, friends and employers. He worked eight years Easton Blackburn, age 92, died November 28, 1995 at his residence in St. George. Bom August 22, 1903 in Orderville, Utah to Henry and Elvira Pamelia Cox Blackburn. He married LaVon Cram on August 22, 1929 in Provo, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple. Easton furthered his education at Branch Agricultural College in Cedar City, Utah. He served an LDS mission in what was the North Central Mission. His early employment was sheepherding, teachingseminary and shopclass. With his wife they built four homes along with a motel, service station and cafe in Orderville, Utah Hp was? a Kanp Countv Commit- president of the Kane board duringWWII, draft County president ofOrderville Lions Club and retired from Washington County school district as an el- ementary school custodian, Easton enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing. They built a mountain cabin on Kolob. He was an active member of the LDS in the LDS Seventh Ward. for Kaibab Industries, eight years for H. & 0 Foods in Las Vegas as a warehouseman and eight years in construction and masonry. Ron will be rememg bered as a man with a great sense of humor and a genuine love for others. Ronald A. Rider Survivors include his parents Ronald Anderson Rider, age 41, Elmer and Pauline, Fredonia; died November 28, 1995 at sister, Shirlyn R. Opfar (Will) of Panguitch Lake, Garfield County, Renton, Washington; Richard J. Utah from injuries sustained in Rider, Fredonia-La- s Vegas; an accidental fall.
