The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m., there were several people present from the public. Bob Johnson explained to the public that the proposed budget was only for the first half of the year. The rea- son being the change to a fiscal year running from July 1st to June 30th, which would require another budget hearing in June for the next full fiscal year. There was some discussion on the travel line item in the budget. Questions were asked of the board as to what kind of projects were in mind and if there is a limit to where to money can be spent. A master plan and city well help are projects that are being pursued at the present time. There was some discussion about where the money could and would be spent. After public comment and input, Resolution 1994-- 3 was read aloud. MOTION: Cloyd moved that Resolution 1 994-- 3 be adopted. Seconded by Mike. Vote was unanimous. The regular meeting of the KANE COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT, was held in the District Courtroom, Kane County Courthouse, Kanab, Utah, on the 22nd day of December, 1994, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. Those present were: CLOYD CHAMBERLAIN, KARL HEATON, MIKE NOEL, BOB JOHNSON, TODD MACFARLANE, BILLY SPENCER, SuTANNA GLOVER After the names of those in atten- dance were read and introduced, the board gave each applicant a chance to tell a little about themselves and why they wanted to be appointed to the board. After each applicant in attendance had spoken, the board had some light discussion.
