On Thursday evening, Bart Anderson, popular local historian and natural- ist will present Strange Folktales of Dixie in his usual entertaining and informative style. Friday evening will feature local musicians and vocalists in an Entertainment Showcase at Springdale City Park. Stampede an exciting band will perform Saturday evening at the O.C. coun-tryweste- rn Tanner Amphitheater. Beginning at 7:30 p.m., the Stampede sound will showcase the reputagroups well-deserve- d tion for vocal harmony, versatility, and songwriting. Tickets are available at R & K Bookstore, Hurst Ben Franklin, Zion in Hurricane, Drug Bumbleberry Inn and Flanigans in Zion and Munsons Music in Cedar City. Called the most authentic Folklife Festival in Utah, there is nothing to buy its all FREE.
