Nick Nannenga and Autumn Aziz, members of the United Church of Kanab and Fredonia, joined other students and adults from the Granger Community Christian Church in West Valley City, Utah for a week of service and sharing new experiences. Coldwell BankerCorry Realty gets new owners By Barbara Pyles As of March 1, 1994, Clayton Frehner, Liz Dutton and Billie Roberts are the new owners of Coldwell BankerCorry Realty, located at 190 W. Center St. We are a branch of the Cedar City workers. After a greeting from Pastor T. J. Bottoms and his staff, they toured the center. The party worked in groups of that they didn't have a home. Each kept a journal. At the end of the day, they read their journals and discussed what was meaningful to them during that day. Both students said they gained a new respect for people of different cultures. It was a new experience for me to see how people live and work for Christ. I didnt want to come home, said Au- tumn. The last night we made bracelets. Each bead represented somethingsuchaskindness,love, and self control. That meant a lot to me because it reminded me of the whole week. Nick agreed and he summed up the weeks experience. I would go again, he said. It was really nice helping other people. Pastor Gene Robinson of the United Church said, We are grateful that our youth could have the opportunity to mix recreation and Christian service though brief.
