Too many people think of 4 H club work as an activity that will help to teach their boys and girls better homemaking and farming principles. Though it is true that 4 II club work can accomplish this, it is also true that the aim of the 4 II program is to build better boys and girls rather than projects. The 4 II program is the largest youth program in Amercia and probably in the world. There are 2,156.000 boys and girls from 10 to 21 years of age enrolled In S9.600 4 II clubs. These clubs are all led by volunteer leaders who receive not one cent for their time and talents. Is it any wonder then that we should pause to pay tribute to these dedicated men and women?
