In order to take advantage of this policy you must: •Complete a "Special Order" form and pre-pay the estimated text price-in order to meet copyright laws. •We photocopy qualified reading assignments (a few days at a time) until th~ text arrives. Photocopies are normally ready by noon the day following the placement of a special order. • Do not procrastinate. Qualified text special orders must be placed within the first two weeks of school. , Textbook and Course Materials Refund Policy YOU MUST HAVE YOUR SALES RECEIPT IN ORDER TO GET A CASH REFUND. REFUNDS ARE THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF THE TERM FROM 9 A.M. TO 4 P.M. AND THE TIDRD WEEK ODD HOURS ONLY 9, 11 , 1 & 3. REFUNDS AFfER THIS TIME WILL BE DONE ON INDMDUAL BASIS BY EXCEPTION FORMS.
