Michael C. Duncan, 7 year old son of David Bruce and Patricia Duncan, of Kansas City, Mo., died last Wednesday in Ogden. The father formerly lived in Roy, and is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Bruce Duncan of Roy. Funeral Mass was offered Monday at the St. Francis Catholic Church in Kansas City. Bruce and Pamela Bowen have a baby boy born Aug. 20, at McKay Hospital. Bob and Cathy Favero drove to the Sacramento, Calif, area last week to attend a wedding and visit relatives. Myron and Gerri Child, formerly of Roy, are visiting at the home of Joe and Carol Stokes, and also renewing acquaintances with many friends in the area. Adella Miburn is in St. Benedicts Hospital where surgery has been necessary for amputation of a leg. Ed and Jean Harris and her mother Beatrice Stevens of Afton, Wyoming flew to Flint, Michigan for a stay with the Harris daughter and her family. Their son and his family flew to Flint from their home in New Jersey, so that the family could all be together. They attended a few interesting events while there before returning home. A baby boy arrived Aug. 20 to Dale and Chris Brown, who live at 6051 S. 2200 W'. Ed Fowers returned home this week after being assigned for two weeks on TDY at Tel Aviv Israel. Roseville, Kan., a son of Lawrence and Alva Mae Look Binney. He and his wife, Doris L. Binney, were married Feb. 8, 1936, in Kansas City, Mo. He was a veteran of World War II and was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 1650, in Topeka, Kan., 9, 1916, in child. Also surviving are two brothers and one sister, Clarence Binney, Mrs. Lucille Fannin, both of Topeka, Kan., Franklin Binney, Midwest City, Okla.
