Mix together additional n sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle dough with mixture, roll as for a jelly roll. Cut in 12 slices, place cut side down over orange mixture. Bake in 450 deg. F. oven 5 minutes or until browned. Remove from muffin pan immediately; cool on wire rack. If any orange mixture remains in the pan, spoon over biscuits. Yields 12 biscuits. sugar-cinnamo- 20-2- 0 ORANGE NUT LOAF 34C. sugar 2 Tbl. shortening legg c. milk tsp. grated orange rind 34 4 34 CALL &Z-07- 8AM c. orange juice c. flour 3tz tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 3 4 c. chopped nuts Blend sugar, shortening and egg throughly. Stir in milk, orange rind and juice. Sift dry ingredients. Stir into batter. Blend in nuts. Turn into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Let stand 3 minutes. Bake at 350 deg. F. for about 70 minutes.
