Mrs. Monsen was born Nov. 23, 1953, Ogden, a daughter of Cyril and Joanne Taylor Call. On Aug. 22, 1974, she was married to Scott John Monsen in the Ogden LDS Temple. She had lived in Mountain Green, Ogden and Roy and graduated from Morgan High School in 1972. She received an associate degree in nursing at Weber State and was a registered nurse.
