All of the bazaar articles were sold and they want to start on other aprons and things. Also the R. S. has lots of dishes, pots and pans left over from the ward dinners they would like the owners to claim. Duane Poll, Roy Peek and three other fellows from Davis High were shook up a bit last Friday evening when a truck pulled across the highway in front of them and Duane didnt have time enough to get completely stopped before they crashed. Tough luck. South Weber is in a new stake now. We are in the new Weber Heights Stake which make the 271st stake in th estate. With this it released the following from the stake goards: Hilma Ray from the Primary, Mattie Ray as president of the Relief Society, Donna Pell from the Sunday School, Leonard Bowman as a member of the High Priest presidency; Joseph Ray as a high councilman, Clarence Earl will remain a stake s- missionary for it doesnt release them. Joseph Ray was sustained a high councilman in the new stake along with another former member from South Weber, Harry Peek. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Peek have reasons to be proud of their sons for besidees Harry being made a high councilman their other boy Kifford was sustained as second counselor in the stake presidency of the South Ogden Stake.
