Combine crumbs butter and sugar. Butter one 10 inch pie pan thoroughly. Set aside 2 tbsp. of the crumbs. Press remaining crumbs in a thin layer on bottom and sides of pan, using the back of a tablespoon. Place in the refrigerator to chill. Set oven at 350. Beat cheese until creamy, add the cream and beat well. Add eggs and beat again; then beat in the vanilla. Pour into chilled pie crust. Bake for exactly 20 minutes.. Remove from oven and beat sour cream, sugar and vanilla until thick and creamy. Spread this topping over the top of the baked filling to the edges. Return immediately to the oven and bake 5 minutes longer. Fill in edges with remainingcrumbs and top with a garland of washed whole berries. You "can use frozen berries Just as well.
