There is' a group of clear eyed citizens in the area who normally have the sharp instincts of a good hunting dog. But a skunk got into the pasture and fouled their sense of smell by throwing out a bewildering hare to hide an issue. South Sti RECIPE TANGY ORANGE PORK CHOPS 1 (Makes can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice 6 servings) 4 teaspoon Tabasco G pork chops (loin or rib) Vt inch thick 2 fresh oranges, sliced concentrate tablespoons brown sugar 3 teaspoons ground ginger 1 teaspoon salt Combine undiluted orange juice concentrate, brown sugar, ginger, salt and Tabasco, set aside. Brown pork chops on both sides in large skillet rubbed fat trimmings from chops. Drain fat from skillet. Pour orange Juice lightly with mixture over chops.
