"This will be the first time an entire state has campaigned for the foundation at one time, Mrs. Brundage said, "and nationwide, Utah is the first state to attempt it." Mrs. Brundage explained that during the past year, the state has seen organized into 14 branchesand all are Mrs. Harley R. The exception to this is Salt Lake County which will not be able to participate in the campaign because they belong to the United Fund, Mrs. Brundage said. All branches that are not yet completely functioning are now forming committees, spearheaded by local people. A bank has been selected In each county where all funds collected in that area will be sent so that when the branch is fully organised, funds will be available to carry out the following objectives: branches 1.) Develop throughout Utah to find the arthritic, determine his needs Egi Development of adequate provisions for care of persons suffering from such diseases through clinics, rehabilitation and workshops for occupational therapy. The campaign slogan will be "One Day - One Dollar," Mrs. Brundage announced. Since the Salt Lake area will be unable to campaign house to house, the Utah Federated Women's Clubs in this area are planning to help the United Fund in anyway possible, she said. 4.- 3333 So wfvra OpMiHf Pr AftT ftOPY r.!69M ALL woa 27 iOM S,t,t-487,- UMO Tl .
