Show i Wasatch Suburbanettes Stage Family Fun Night By MARY GAIL STARK 4518 Roger Drive 277-97- 25 lew weeks ago members In a group decided they needed a change of pace from their usual weekly rehearsal routine They all agreed the next activity on the agenda would be a family entertainment night. Group decided A of children would the members participate In the pro- gram and gave their mothers a chance to sit back and relax for a c hange. On Tuesday evening, November 10, the chorus held their family night at the Murray Coty park Recreat ional Hall. The audience was made up entirely of relatives of the members which Included husbands, children, mothers and fathers, aunts and uncles, etc. Some of the acts presented were quite clever and Included all types of singing units and father, with ages of children ranging from three to fourteen years. In addition to the singing groups there was also a var- Holladay ? jNews Notes I such as quartets, duets, trios and entire family group singing. One family had nine participants, Including the mother iety of other talent. Offered were piano solos, an exceptional piano and drum combination, dancing, and a little touch of drama which featured an act entitled 1 Didnt Know the Gun W as Loaded There was also a mother and daughters team all dressed up for the occasion In matching gay nineties swim suits. To top the dance craze, was attempted by all the teenagers and any-b- else who felt like their hair down.
