Coach Jerry Dyer said the team has been working on the half court defense for the past couple weeks. This is the first time weve used it, he said. But were really aiming toward Cedar City with it. Dyer said the Redmen slowed up the ball on Carbon last year and beat them twice. With the half court defense it will speed up the game and make them play with us, he added.
