Natalie is the daughter of James and the late Doris Atwood of Cleveland. After returning from an LDS welfare mission to the Philippines, Natalie has completed training as a dental assistant and is presently pursuing a career performing an internship with Dr. Dan Coles. Darrell is the son of Van and Georgia Gardner of Orangeville. After completion of a masters degree in health, physical education and recreation, Darrell is presently the director of intramurals and an instructor at Utah State University in Logan where the couple plan to reside. Price man completes Navy recruit training Navy Seaman Chris D. Hardman, son of Cecil and Kay F. Hardman of Price, has completed recruit training at Recruit Training Command, San Diego. During Hardmans eight-wee- k training cycle, he studied general military subjects designed to prepare him for further academic and training in one of the Navys 85 basic fields. Hardmans studies included Haunted Hospital CEU students put the finishing touches on the entrance to the Haunted Hospital. It open Oct. Dick allegedly collided into the rear of a vehicle driven by Jennifer D. Peterson at 380 East 400 North. The force of the impact purportedly pushed the Peterson vehicle forward into the rear of a vehicle driven by Darwin Lee Hunt. Dick was cited for following too closely. 3:45 p.m. Oct. 11. A northbound vehicle driven by Brenda Lee Ockey aUegedly attempted to turn west from Carbon Avenue onto 100 North and struck Able E. Mascarenes, a bicyclist, in the crosswalk. Both Ockey and Mascarenes purportedly entered the intersection on green lights, but several witnesses stated the bicycle darted into the crosswalk in front of the vehicle. No citations were issued at the scene. 5:57 p.m. Oct. 11. A vehicle driven by Brandy Stamatakis allegedly attempted to turn left from 100 North onto 300 East and collided with a vehicle driven by Stephanie L. Hathaway. Stamatakis was cited for failure to yield when turning left. 9:40 p.m. Oct. 12. A vehicle driven by Michael Kenneth Young purportedly approached on the left, then attempted to turn right onto 400 North and collided with a vehicle driven by Jeremy Paul Tabone in the exit lane at Carbon High Schools parking lot. No citations were issued in the private property traffic accident. 10:15 a.m. Oct. 14. An unoccupied vehicle owned by Ross L. Jones was reported damaged in an apparent incident in Smiths Food Kings parking lot at 1100 East Main Street. 1 : 10 p.m. Oct. 16. A motorcycle driven Jason J. Jones allegedly veered out of control in a field east of Indian Hills Trailer Court on south Carbon Avenue and nearly collided with an abandoned railroad flat car. The young victims knee struck the flatbed, and Jones suffered a severe laceration but no broken bones. No citations were issued in the private property mishap. by Price Police Report 1 p.m. Oct. 11. Jackson Lee Yazzie was arrested in Price and charged with driving under the influence of an intoxicant (DUI) and operating a motor vehicle on a suspendedrevoked drivers license. 9:18 a.m. Oct. 13. Shirley Bell reported losing a wallet containing a drivers license, a check book and several credit cards somewhere between Steakhouse on Price River Drive and Smiths Food King on east Main Street. 11:50 a.m. Oct. 13. Robert L. Potts reported finding a Realistic equalizer, valued at $70, on the ground next to the North Street Plaza at 100 North 100 West. The amplifier, currently impounded at the Price City Police Department, will be released upon verification of ownership. 8 p.m. Oct. 14. Linda Burrows reported the discovery of a purse at 800 North Cedar Hills in Price. The police returned the purse containing an undisclosed amount of cash to a local woman. 11 p.m. Oct. 14. Jake Martmez was arrested at 100 North Carbonville Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle on a suspendedrevoked drivers license. 2:15 p.m. Oct. 15. Ann E. Pierucci reported finding an all terrain, bicycle, valued at $100, in front of a residence op 100 South and 300 West. The bicycle, currently being held by the department, will be returned to the owner upon adequate identification. 1:07 a.m. Oct. 16. Mario R. Estrada was arrested at 205 East 700 South and charged with assault and intoxication. 4:10 a.m. Oct. 16. Javier Sanchez was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant at 500 South Carbon Avenue. 1:50 p.m. Oct. 16. Richard Jay Ross was arrested at City Market on Price River Drive and charged with retail theft. 12:25 p.m. Oct. 17. Arnold G. Moosman was allegedly involved in a single-crollover on the lower Miller Creek Road near 5991 South 4250 East. Deputies are continuing an investigation into the traffic mishap. ar 12:32 p.m. Oct. 11. Marion Pectol reported finding a purse in the vicinity of the medical complex at 250 North Fairgrounds Road and turned the to over property deputies. An arrangement was made to have the owner pick up the purse at the Carbon County Sheriff's Office. 5:55 p.m. Oct. 12. Deputies discovered a red dolly with inflatable wheels near the junction of State Road 6 and the Carbonville Road. The dolly is stored at the sheriffs office and will be released upon verification of ownership. 10:30 p.m. Oct. 13. A vehicle purportedly collided into the rear of a vehicle attempting to turn from Highway 50 & 6 into a private drive at 2889 South driven by Darlene Motte. Deputies have located a vehicle believed to have been involved in the collision but are continuing an investigation into the identity of its driver at the time of the accident. 3:37 p.m. Oct. 15.
