Five local young people were chosen to attend. Lisa Klarich, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Klarich; Amy Jewkes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Jewkes, both of Helper Lodge No. 689; and Pam Dupin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Dupin of Price Lodge No. 113, attended the three-da- y youth convention and spent an extra week at the SNPJ recreation center at Enon Valley, Pa. Maria Petemel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Peternel, Lodge No. 113, Price, and Shane Gonzales, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Gonzales, Lodge No. 689 of both Helper, Members also voted to purchase carnival banquet tickets for shut-inThe annual Catholic Carnival is Nov.
