Rapidly becoming the social event of the year in Carbon County, the annual Soroptimist Roast is set for Monday evening at the Carbon County Country Club. Recipient of the honor this year is J. Eldon Dorman, M.D. Dorman came to Carbon County as a coal camp doctor at Consumers in 1937. He will be the third roastee. Price city attorney Luke Pappas and Sen. Omar Bunnell were roasted previously. Cost for the evening is $17.50 per person and that includes a prime rib dinner.
