The bride is the daughter of Garry A. and Georgia V. Foote of West Valley City. She graduated from Cyprus high, Snow College and Utah State University, where she was affiliated with Phi Upsilon Omicion and Phi Kappa Chuck-A-Ram- Phi honor societies. She is a member of American Home Economics Association. The groom is the son of Mrs. Jason Lee Proctor has been called to serve an LDS mission in Blanche B. Alder and the late Reo Morristown, New Jersey, and will G. Alder of Preston, Idaho. He enter the training center on July graduated from Preston high and Jason Lee Proctor S. Todd Jones S.
