Show Reiser Leads Lancers To Win WEST VALLEY. Granger highs football team got back on the winning track Friday, but it wasnt easy as the Lancers had to battle back to edge Taylorsville prompting Granger coach Mike Fraser to comment, Taylorsville is the best team Ive ever coached against. It wont get any easier for the Lancers, who now must travel to Olympus tomorrow (Friday), the Titans looking tougher and tougher each week. Defensively for Taylorsville, Joe Darger had an interception, Greg Wadsworth recovered a fumble, Lee Howe notched two sacks and Cory Milligan played a solid game from his nose guard position. 3 Granger Ute Juniors Win Over Olympus WEST VALLEY. A solid defensive effort helped propel the Granger Juniors to 6 victory over Olympus in Ute Conference football action. At one point, the Granger defense, led by Craig Van Woerkom, Scott Lundell and Kim KiniKini, stopped Olympus offense at the one yard line. Terry Cummings also played well on both offense and defense, registering several game saving plays.
