At Eisenhower junior high, where he just com- pletedtheninth youth in grade, participated wrestling and basketball. A member of troop 191 with Alan Lord as scoutmaster, the lad earned 21 merit badges, his favorites being camping and cooking. For his service project Murray Police he took classes at Station to learn take to how fingerprints, used the then skills to fingerprint children in his area for identification purposes.
