Rasmussen His children will host the affair to honor him on his 80th birthday. There will be a short program at 6:30 p.m. and they request no gifts. On April 29. 1926, he married Golda Snow in Bennett, Utah, and later that union was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a farmer in the Uintah Basin and then went to work for ZCMI in Salt Lake. Later as a carpenter, he worked helping build several LDS church structures in Salt Lake, Arizona and New Mexico. He has served the LDS church in many capacities, such as, MIA presidency, Sunday School president, and a counselor to the Bishop. Albert is the father of 12 children. They are Jennie (Mrs. Bill) Latham, . Magna; Donna (Mrs. Carl) Wilker-sonVee (Mrs. Las Vegas, Nevada; Lyle) Taylor, Vernal; Clyde, Lehi; Vera (Mrs. Gene) Cook, Price; Dean, Alpine; Bonnie (Mrs. Bernie) House, Lyman; Kenneth, Sue and Sandra Mosely, all of Salt Lake and Gale, deceased. He has 54 grandchildren and 55 Allan Lynn Gehring exchanged wedding rings with Jill Dawn Bowman in a ceremony performed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on September 6th. A wedding breakfast followed at the Country Fair and later that evening a reception was given at the White House reception center. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Lawrence Bowman, Taylorsville, are parents of the bride. She graduated from Taylorsville high and has attended Utah State University. She is attending the University of Utah majoring in home economics education. The groom is the son of H Lynn and Joanne Gehring. Bountiful, McKay. Taylorsville. F amily Pianist Dr. T. Richner Tribute To Present Free Concert To 'Bert' SALT LAKE. Internationally-know- n pianist Dr. Thomas Richner, named a born Mozart player by the New York Times, will present a free concert of both organ and piano music on Temple Square Sept. 28 The first half of the program will take place in the Assembly Hall, and will feature piano music by Mozart and Chopin. The second half of the program will be in the Tabernacle and will feature organ works by Bach, Couperin, DuMage, Messiaen, and Dr. Richner himself. Thomas Richner is widely recognized as a concert pianist, organist, and authority on the performance of Mozarts keyboard music. He has performed extensively throughout Europe, Asia, and North America. When not on tour, Dr. Richner divides his time between Boston, where he is organist for The First Church of Christ, Scientist (The Mother Church), and New Jersey, where he is a professor of music at Douglass College of Rutgers Naylor to honor Robert his 90th birthday Sept. 22nd at the 2nd and 3rd ward 10400 South, from 4:00 An open house Naylor on will be held Sat., South Jordan 1st, Bert house, 1500 W. until 7:00 p m. The honored man is a lifelong resident of West and South Jordan, and he and his wife became parents of nine children.
