It is the intention of the municipality to make improvements within said Special Improvement District and to levy special taxes as provided in Chapter 16, Title 10, 1953 as Utah Code Annotated, amended, on the real estate lying within said District for the benefit of which such taxes are to be expended in the making of such improvements. Salt Lake County. Utah adopted a resolution authorizing and providing for the issuance and sale by West Valley City of its Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Albertson's. Inc. Project), Series 1984. Said Bonds are to be issued pursuant to the Utah Industrial Facilities Development Act, Utah Code Annotated, Sections to 17, inclusive, (1953) as amended, to finance a building and related property and improvements within West Valley City, Utah to be used by Albertsons, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as a supermarket facility and for related activities. The West Valley City Council accepted the offer of Dam Bosworth Incorporated, Casper, Wyoming, the underwriter, to purchase the Bonds at a price of 98.61 of the principal amount thereof plus accrued interest to the date of delivery. The Bonds are to be initially issued in registered form in the aggregate principal amount of $2,170,000 and shall be dated October 1. 1984. Bonds in the total principal amount of $345,000 shall mature on October 1, 1994 and shall bear interest at the rate of 9.25 per annum. The remaining bonds in the total principal amount of $1,825,000 shall mature on October 1, 2009, and shall bear interest at the rate of 10.875 per annum. Interest on the Bonds shall be payable semiannually on October 1 and April 1, commencing April 1, 1985. The Series 1984 Bonds will be subject to mandatory sinking fund redemption prior to maturity as set forth in the Trust Indenture dated as of October 1, 1984. A copy of the resolution adopted and effective on September 6, 1984, by the City Council authorizing the issuance and confirming the sale of the Bonds together with copies of other documents connected with the Series 1984 Bonds, are on file in the office of the City Recorder of said Municipality, where they may be examined during regular business hours of the City Recorder from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Said resolution and other related documents shall be available for inspection for a period of at least thirty (30) days from and after the date of the publication of this notice.
