He was recipient of the award during a breakfast meeting Wednesday. The program, which each month honors a member of the citys police force, is sponsored by the Honorary Colonels organization, said Chief David C. Campbell. Imig made a traffic stop of a suspicious vehicle, explained Chief Campbell, and during interrogation realized the occupants were giving misleading statements. He persisted in questioning and as a result arrested a homicide suspect wanted in Spokane, Wash.
