Bank employes are enabled to learn new job skills and earn opportunities for advancement, he explained. In Utah the courses are taught by Utech instructors using AIB approved materials. Under this program 241 area bank employes attended classes at the college during the 1982-8school year. Michael M. Homer, school of business dean, said he expects enrollment to increase 20 percent during the current year.
