In preparation for the Saturday night dance, all mutual age youth are being asked to attend the instruction portion tonight (Thursday) beginning at 6 oclock. One session will be held in the Taylorsville North stake center and the other in the Bennion West stake center. Presenting the workshops and instruction will be Robert Oliphant and five couples from Ricks College who will also be in charge of Saturdays dance. A fireside will follow of the eventhe instruction-portioing. A small fee is being charged. Those age 14 and older must attend the fireside, not only the instruction, to be able to attend the Saturday night dance, a spokesman stressed. In addition to youth age 12 and older being invited to tonights instruction, also invited are all youth advisers, youth leaders, ward and stake activity committees, music people and bishoprics. One stake leader explained, In Taylorsville North stake, were trying to change the tone of dances and music. Lessons for children age 5 to 10 are being offered on Saturdays. Half-holessons may be scheduled between 10 and noon at a cost of $11 for 10 lessons.
