APPEALS Any individual who may be dissatisfied with the decision of the Hearing Officer may appeal the case to the Parking Appeals Committee. This appeal must be filed, in writing, within two (2) school days of the decision of the hearing officer. Citations outside the colleges jurisdiction cannot be considered by the Parking Appeals Committee. All appeals must include the current mailing address of the individual filing the appeal. Individuals will be notified by mail of the date, time, and place of the appeal hearing. The Appeals Committee is authorized to confirm or set aside the citation. The decision of this committee is final. a violation which has been appealed and subsequently denied must be paid within 7 calendar days after issuance of the appeal decision, after which the fine shall be doubled.
