Manyofthe participants use on-campus facilities such as the swimmingpool, weight room andindoortrack to exercise. Combined,all 56 teams haveexercised more than 2,100 hours since Jan. 16. The program also focuses on areas other than physical fitess,including nutrition,safety, substance abuse prevention, and preventive health screenings. Extra time may be added to the participants’totals by eating five servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
