The council Monday refused to go along with a recommendation from State Public Safety Commissioner Larry Lunnen. Lunnen has said Spradling cannot correct morale and training problemsin his division. and should be relieved of his duties. Arraignment Date Slates SALT LAKE CITY (UPI) — A Jan, 11 arraignment date has been set for Jerry Woodard, charged with the Nov. 27 armed robbery ofa First Security Bank. Fifth Circuit Court Judge Melvin Morris set the date Monday after binding over Woodard, 29, on two counts of aggravated robbery. Investigators said the armed bandit left the bank with a bag which exploded, covering the robber with dye. Woodard wasarrested less than a weekafter the incident.
