Battered women and children can be helped through this program by experienced people who understand their problems. Many of these women and children come to the YWCA without money or clothing. BUT THE second floor, which will cost an estimated $240,000, will mean a slight increase in taxes next year, according to county commissioners who approved the new addition last week.
