Funeral services were held Saturday at Lindquist-Kaysvill- 2 p.m. in the LAYTON St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Lay-tois once again sponsoring a Vacation Bible School. The school will run from Monday, June 18 to Friday, July 13 and will use as its focus topics this year the sacraments of the Catholic faith. THE SCHOOL will meet. Monday through Friday from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Children should be between the ages of 5 and 12. Classes will be held at the Catholic Education Center which is directly to the e Mortuary Chapel with Bishop Max Hirschi officiating. Family prayer was given by Thomas n, C. Larsen, prelude and postlude music by Laurel INVOCATION BY Laddie Timothy, remarks by Bishop Max Hirschi. Speakers were Mrs. Mary Bowring and Rulon Barnes. Musical selections were rendered by LaMar Parrish. Benediction given by Grant Cullimore. Pallbearers were John ; ORVILLE LARSEN Orville Lloyd Larsen, 70, of 120 West Center Street, Kaysville, died Wednesday June 6 at his home of cancer. t ; MR. LARSON was born March 17, 1909 in Springville, ;Utah, the son of George .'Washington and Martha Alice Adams Larsen. He was married to Muriel Walker, Jan. 11, 1934 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was retired and had been a Western Division Auditing Supervisor Tor Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in New York. : He was raised in Springville, lived in Pleasant Grove and Bountiful but had lived in Kaysville for the last 39 years. He graduated from Pleasant .Grove High School and the Brigham Young University. HE WAS a member of the Kaysville First LDS Ward, served on the scout troop committee, had been a Sunday School, president and served an LDS Mission to Denmark where he was the mission secretary, Mr. Larsen was past president of the Kaysville Rotary Club. Had belonged to the Lions Club of Bountiful rand' had been a Kaysville City Councilman. He was a : member of the Pintail Duck Club for 15 years, a member of the BYU Glee Club and had Served in the Army Medical 'Corps in World War II. r, Dawson, A. Linford Dies At 83 William Blood Linford, 83, died June 4, 1979 in Oakland, Calif., a former Kaysville resident. Mr. Linford was born February 15, 1896 in Kaysville, a son of James Henry and Mary Blood ford. HE C. WAS Lin- married to Vernal on October 1, Parkinson 1921 in Logan. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. He was a high priest in the Oakland Third Ward. Survived by his wife of Oakland, sons and daughter, William P. Linford, Oakland, Calif.; Mrs. John D. (Julie) Monson, Taylorsville; Roy P. Linford, Castro Valley, Calif.; brothers, James B. Linford,' Oakland, Calif.; Henry B. SURVIVED BY his wife of , Linford, Leonie, New Jersey; Kaysville, one son and one daughter, Lloyd W. Larsen, Mansfield, Ohio and Mrs. Richard (Carol Ann) Major, seven Kaysville; grandchildren; three brothers and one sister, W. Carlisle Larsen, George N. Larsen both of Salt Lake City; Thomas C.
