MILITARY graveside service was held Friday at the Fort Douglas Cemetery in Salt Lake City, with Chaplain Major Glenn A. Koch officiating. Military honors were accorded by the Hill AFB Honor Guard. The funeral was under the direction of Lindquist's Kays ville Mortuary, np A Stewart Succumbs At 75 Stewart was in Kaysville on a vaction trip at the time. HE WAS born Dec. 7, 1904 in Sevier County, Ut.. a son of William I. and Harriet Josephine Utley Stewart. He married Vera Miles Aug. 19. 1932 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He served as bishop and in the stake presidency in Kaysville for many years. He was a temply worker at the Mesa LDS Temple in Arizona at the time of his death. SURVIVORS include his of Mesa, Arjz.; one son and one daughter. Gary L. Stewart, Terre Haute. Ind. and Mrs. Susanne Tribe. Wiggill former Layton resi- Rands, 74, dent who Lake City, her home. was living in Salt died Aug. 6, 1980 at She was born Aug. 12, 1905 in Layton, a daughter of Eli Francis and Louie Evelyn Bybee Wiggill. SHE MARRIED Duane Rands in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on June 16, 1932. He died Nov. 5, 1948. Mrs. Rands was a retired dietary supervisor at St. Marks Hospital in Salt Lake City. She formerly worked for the Union Pacific Railroad Mrs. Rand was a member of the Bountiful Womens Wednesday Nigh Bowling League and maintained 12 years perfect attendance. She had been a member of the Union Pacific Railroad Rifle Team in Ogden. Surviving are her children, Duane J. Rands, North Salt Lake; Mrs. Faye LeFevre, Salt Lake City; Stanford W. Rands, Sandy; 24grandchilren and 7 ALSO, brothers and sisters, Francis Wiggill, Syracuse; Joseph Stanford Wiggill, Dar-ra- h Laundry in Ogden. Wiggill, Mrs. OLeah Tamasy, all of Layton; Mrs. SHE WAS a member of the LDS Church. She was the past president of Victor Lodge No.. Ruth Rouland, Salt Lake City. Retired Col. and Mrs. Dee Day of Merced, Calif, came to attend his 35th high school reunion at Davis High School. While here they also attended Mrs. Days school reunion in Garland.
