Honey Maid College GRAHAMS Catholic Students Join New Life Bible Academy Students who previously attended the Catholic Education Center at Layton High School (Catholic Seminary) are being encouraged to sign up for the Bible Academy program which will meet during sixth period daily this year. THE ST. Rose of Lima Catholic Church has combined its daily released time program with the New Life Bible Academy, an interdenominational program serving the Weber and Davis County secondary schools. David L. Heikkila will instruct the New Testament classes. The Catholic priests from St. Rose will serve as resource people when appropriate. Students will continue to meet in the Catholic Education Center structure north of the school. 11 ifcfcKilT; THE MERGING of these two programs will increase the class size which was reduced by the impact of the ACLU lawsuit in Logan a few years ago. That lawsuit succeeded in eliminating credit for Bible classes in all school districts across the state.
