Lockett were married Sunday, August 18, 1985 in Lake Tahoe, California. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Cox of Manti. Lori is presently employed at General Motors Acceptance Corporation as an accounting clerk in Salt Phillip Colorado degree in and is is a graduate of the School of Mines with a metalurgical engineering presently employed at Longyear Diamond Plant in Salt Lake City. The couple will make their home in Salt Lake City. Nina Jo Behunin sets date with Reid Bean Carol Lowry displays tha whit that will help raise cfghan for money Medical Center. An open house will be held in their honor that evening at the home of Dr. and Mrs. C.F. Lohrengel, 450 East 4th South in Ephraim from 7 to 8 in the evening. A reception will also be held the following evening from 7 to 9 at the Ferron 4th Ward 35 West 2nd North, the Children's ral chairman, announced the names of people who will receive articles: Diane Oberg, First Ward; Jolcne Nielson, Second Ward; Pat Foote, Third Ward; Linda Wheeler, Fourth Ward, and Ann Olsen, Fifth Ward. Ann Sowell and Lori Ludxigson will receive donations from contributors in the Sterling area. Behunin of Ferron are pleased to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter Nina Jo to Reid Jay Bean, son of Shanna Collings and the late R. Bruce Bean of Ephraim. Nina Jo is a 1984 graduate of Emery High School and LDS Seminary. She has been attending Snow College for the past year. Reid is a 1981 graduate of Manti High School and LDS Seminary. He served a mission to the New Zealand, Christchurch Mission. He has also been attending Snow College. The couple has chosdp Friday Sept. 20. 1985 to be married in the Manti LDS Temple. President Stcxcn Bennion welcomed the group back to the campus, introducing new employees, and summer campus on reported activities as well as plans for the 1985-8school year. Mark Anderson. Snow's School Relations Director, reported on the enrollment outlook for the coming year. He said that all indications point to an increase over last year, judging from students who have registered during the summer and those who have made housing reservations. He weighed 6 lbs. 12 oz. Driving Course offered Cedar Crest Lodge by Doris Larsen Annalee Plant was delivered August 20 at Sanpete Valley Hospital in Mt. Pleasant. She weighed 8 lbs. 6 oz. two Annalee has bubbling brothers Jason 7, and Joshua 5, and equally bubbling are her grandparents Jim and Sonya Burnidge. Manti and Marjorie Plant, Spanish Defensive Utahs Defensive Driving Course is a driver improvement program of the Utah Safety Council which seeks to reduce highway deaths, injuries and property damage by educating every Utah driver in traffic accident techniques. The Defensive Driving Course is classroom course an eight-hou- r which has been recognized by the Utah Department of Public Safety as part of its driver improvement activities. Drivers who enroll and successfully complete the course reduction on their receive a driving records, one time during any three year period. Aileen Wall on May 31, 1985 in the Manti LDS Temple. They recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. He graduated from Snow College, Brigham Young University and received his Masters degree from the University of Utah. He taught school and was principal in the Gunnison and Ephraim area for 22 years. He resigned follow ing a heart attack to become an insurance agent, which profession he has follow ed for 30 years. Mr. Bartholomew was past member of the Ephraim Lions Club and active with the Red Cross. He received the Ephraim Yule Candle for community service. He was a high priest in the Ephraim 2nd Ward where he served as a teacher, home teacher, member of the bishopric, ward clerk, and was assistant financial clerk at the time of his death. He was also active in temple work. He is Ephraim; survived by his wife, two sons and three Glenn W. Bartholorrew daughters. Mrs. L. Hilton (Mary Ann) Kennedy, Plano, lesas; Major aldosta. David G. Martin Remo Braithwaite Funeral services for Martin Remo Braithwaite, 83, who died on Sept. 11, 1985, were held in the Ephraim First Ward Chapel on Sept. 18. 1985. Interment was in the Manti City Cemetery. Mr. Braithwaite was bom in Manti, Utah, on July 3, 1902 to Robert Martin and Mabel Clare Buchanan Braithwaite.
