Scott Bean named acting superintendent Scott Bean, former Superintendent of Schools of South Sanpete School District, has been named as Acting Superintendent of Schools. Dr. Bean has been serving as an assistant to State Superintendent JamesMossfor approximately three years. Dr. Moss resigned recently to accept another position. Dr. Bean is assisting in organizing a search committee to select a new Superintendent he has not announced whether or not he will apply for permanent appointment to Moss position. Dr. Bean was a Manti resident where he served his church as bishop of the Manti Fourth Ward, in addition to his duties as District |
