The competition consists of two players from certain age categories that pair up for one j minute of shooting from different locations on the floor. I McDonalds and the NBA will pay for Anique, Julie, and I Aniques mom to travel to Seattle I for the on April 5th. V. Two MHS girls play for NBA (Continued from page 1) Anique Denton and Julie Fnschknccht, both freshmen at Manti High, have just recently qualified for the McDonald's Tw'o Bril Western Conference Finals to be hi d in Seattle on April 5th. Anique and Julie will compete during halftime of the Supersonics vs. Dallas game and if they score high enough, there they will move on to the national finals to be held at a Charlotte Hornets playoff game. Anique and Julie began the qualification process approximately two months ago as they won the Manti City Two Ball competition. They then moved on to the southern region finals which was held a week later at Snow College. They again won, qualifying them for the five region finals which were held during halftime at a Utah Jazz game three weeks ago.
