Show Lakeside Review, August Farmington Annexes 409 Acres FARMINGTON 211, Clearfield Airs Problems With Employee Insurance Page 3B 1980 Annexation of two land parcels was approved Aug. 21 by the City Council. The Oakridge annexation petitioned by the residents of Oakridge subdivision added 409 acres to the city. That includes the Oakridge Country Cluba and golf course and an area south of Shepherd Lane. Approval was given with a provision for cooperation between the city and the county to widen 1500 West. The city will provide materials, and the county will furnish men and equipment to complete the job. Another 6.6 acres were added by the approval of the Kort Lodder annexation. The council also approved the Woodland Springs Plat B subdivision. This subdivision provides 29 lots for construction. In other business, a resolution was passed to reaffirm the inter-loccooperation agreement of four years ago with the Davis County Housing Authority. The council also approved the reduction of the subdivision bond for Hight subdivision.
