Show l'nge 6 Lakeside Keiev, October 9, 1980 , Roy City Council Approves Changes in Beer License Ordinance ROY The City Council is trying to amend its beer license ordinance to accommodate a proposed lounge on one of the primary approaches to the citys business district. The council voted to amend the pr sent ordinance which states that no liquor license holder's business shall be operated within 500 feet of any other estalishment holding a similar license. Bob stratten approached the council feet from the local Eagles Lodge, a private club which holds a liquor license.
