HEAD CHEERLEADER co-he- ad ( Twin Homes in Roy OK'd Roy City Council gave approval for twin homes to be built in the Fox Glen Subdivision. The developers of the subdivision requested two lot- changes at the last city council meeting so that a model twin home and a twin home to sell could be built. This request was made to cut building costs and allow the homes to be sold at a price that would be more affordable to the general ROY - public, the council was told. The homes will be three bedroom, 1 baths with a double car garage and will sell for about $42,900. The savings in lot and construction costs will be about $6,000 to $8,000 per unit, the developer said. If response to the twin homes is good it is projected that 30 percent of the subdivision could eventually be twin homes. twtfmcf Kll NOW-Enjoy Tirat Tori Tirol UMItf-MS- T TtN Y.
