bonded indebtedness to the amount of thirty thousand dollars aa as follows follos twenty five thousand lars jars for defraying the of bridges constructed and for building permanent bridges and cul verts over oer the following streams to wit price river at spring glen price river at fmc price river at wellington and castle gate also on pleasant and fish creeks in pleasant valley soldier creek nino nine mile creek argyle creek miller creek and gone generally rally throughout said carbon county and five thousand dollars for the purpose of improving the present roads in said carbon county the board of county commissioners vf ef the county of carbon ordains as follows section 1 that there is an immediate and pressing necessity for funds with which to defray the present expense of bridges bridge constructed ted and for building permanent bridges and culverts over the follow ing streams in said carbon county on price river at spring glen price wellington and castle gate and on pleasant and fish creeks in pleasant valley on soldier creek nine mile creek argyle and miller creeks and generally throughout said carbon county to do which in the manner required calls cals for and requires an expenditure of twenty five thousand 2500 dollars section 2 that there is immediate and pressing necessity for completing pl improving and adding to the present roads of said carbon county for the purpose of providing adequate means of transportation for the inhabitants thereof a and nd the general public and to that end to improve the county road from castle gate running through helper 1 spring glen carbonville Car bonville price and wellington and thence on to sunny side to do which in the manner required calls for and requires an e expenditure X pend iture of five housand dollars section 3 that there are not riot sufficient funds in the county treasury u of said carbon county to defray Y saad sa d expense or any part thereof and that in order to defray the expense of making the proposed improvements prove ments mentioned in sections I 1 md and 2 of this resolution it is iz naces a sary for said carbon county to incur incur a bonded indebtedness to raise funds the in the following amounts to wic for defraying the present expanse nse of bridges t constructed and for building permanent bridges and culverts over the following streams in said carbon county cowit price river at spring glen price wellington and castle gate pleasant and fish creeks in pleasant valley and soldier nine mile argyle and miller mill r creeks and generally throughout said carbon county twenty five thousand dollars for completing improving and adding to the county roads from castle gate running through helper spring glen carbonville Car Carb bonville oriville price wellington and thence th crice on to sunny side five thousand dollars section 4 that in pursuance of and under the power and authority contained in section 58 of the compiled laws of lwi of the state of utah it is hereby ordered that a special election be held in carbon county and the various voting districts thereof in said carbon a county state of T on the alth 1 th day of april A P D 1910 for the purpose of submitting to such guch qualified fled electors of said county as shall have hac paid a property pio perty tax ta in said carbon count county in the year ne next preceding suc such K election the question of incurring a bonded indebtedness in the sum of twenty tive thousand dollars for the purpose of defraying the expense of the bridges constructed ted and for building permanent badges and dollars for the c of defraying the ex pense of completing improving and adding to the county roads from castle gate and thence through helper spring afen wen car bonville price wellington and thence on to sunni sule side said bonds shall bear interest at hc be rate of not to exceed 5 pe c cent ent I 1 per annum which into shall 1 1 be e semi said bonds bond s shall rhall become duo due and payable parable at the expiration of twenty years from the date of issue thereof with the option served reserved reber re ved to said carbon county ta to pay or redeem the same at any time after the expiration x of ten years after date of issue thereof and said bonds shall be of such denomination or denominations aa as the board of county commissioners of said carbon county hereinafter determine and the said board of county commissioners shall annually levy a sufficient tax to pay interest on the said bonds for roads i and brides bridges as it falls due als also to constitute a sinking fund for the payment of said bonds said election shall be conducted according to the statutes atutes it and laws of the state of utah and shall be held in manner and form provided thereby section 5 the county attorney and county clerk are hereby required to make proclamation of said special election by p publication u bli cation and postin posting of a notice t thereof in two weekly news newspaper published and circulated in said ca cat bon county for five successive necks prior to the date of said election section 6 this resolution shall take effect on approval approved and passed by bythe the
