Halliday were: Richard James Kuctnnak in court Kuchmak apjn-arefacing three separate charges. 1 le w as charged w ith Theft, a 3rd Degree Felony, which he pled guilty to in October of 2000. In sentence, judgment and commitment proceedings he admitted to two of the allegations against him and the court dismissed one of the allegations in the affidavit and order to show cause. Tie was sentenced for this charge of a term not to exceed five ears in the Utah State Prison. Arguelles pled guilty to the charge in November of 2000. Based upon the defendants voluntary appearance the court ordered the warrant for his arrest recalled. The court read the violations and entered denials of all on behalf of the defendant. The court found the defendant indigent and appointed counsel. A hearingon the order to show cause is scheduled for Oct. 3. Vincent Mac Kelly Charged with Driving Fnder the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, a 3rd I tegree Felony; and Simple Assault, a Class A Misdemeanor. Tucker pled guilty to the charges in October of 2000. The court ordered the defendant to complete an affidavit of indigency. Check Draft Presumption, a Class A Misdemeanor Kelly pled guilty to the charges in April of 2000. Defense counsel was unable to lx Roberto Dean Arguelles Charged w ith Burglary, a 3rd Degree Felony. During the hearing counsel informed the court that they are working on a plea in abeyance. The court continued the matter to allow time for the agreement to be signed. Disposition is scheduled for Sept. 18. Carolyn R. Anderson Charged with Issue Bad James Arnold Williams Charged with Aggravated Assault, a 3rd Degree Felony. The state requested a continuance in the matter. The defendant requested the restraining order lifted to which the state objected and the court denied at this time. Disposition is scheduled for Sept. 18. THE TIME TO Michael Paul McMahon Charged with two counts of Illegal Possession Use of a Con- trolled Substance, one a 3rd Degree Felony and the other a Class B Misdemeanor; Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class B Misdemeanor; and 2001 Ford Focus 2. Speeding, a Class 9 C Misde- meanor. On request of counsel, this matter was continued to Sept. 18. or Mario A. Billy Joe Baker Charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, a 3rd Degree Felony; Open Container Drinking Alcohol in a Vehicle, a Class C Misdemeanor, and Improper Usage of Lanes, a Class C Misdemeanor. In his initial appearance. Baker was advised of charges and penalties and was ordered to submit an affidavit of indigency. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 3. Tina Louise Radeke Charged with Attempted Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. a Class A Misdemeanor. Sentencing on the order to show cause is scheduled for Sept. 18. Lrav Brundage Charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Drugs, a 3rd Degree Felony, Open Container Drinking Alcohol in Vehicle, a Class C Misdemeanor; Vehicle in unsafe Condition, a Class C Misdemeanor; and Driving on a Denied License, a Class B Misdemeanor. The defendant waived a preliminary hearing and arraignment is scheduled for Sept 18. Jason Ben Campbell y Charged with License Special Plate Permit, a 3rd Degree Felony. Forge-Falsif- Jeremie Lee Worley 2001 Ford Ranger Superc 4x4. 4.6L V6, 5 Speed. Drugs, a 3rd Degree Felony.
