Lowe, of Case, Lowe and Hart, Inc., architects-engineerOgden, stated, The idea of using the white spaces between the colored pieces for the simulated lead cames was new at the time. A native of Jamestown, N.D., Mr. Lowe graduated from Kansas State University in 1951, and obtained his B.A. in architecture in 1952, and moved to Ogden in 1954. Formerly employed by Lawrence Olpin and Keith Wilcox architects, as well as working independently, he merged with Case, Lowe and Hart in 1975. Building mainly for industry and governmental agencies, the firm has won design awards from the Illuminating Engineering Society, Utah Masonary Association, the American Institute of Architects and Engineers and the Utah Chapter of the Consulting Engineers Council. re- s, turned home from serving his LDS Mission in the California-Arcadi- a (Spanish speaking) mission.
