Under his super- vision are Propulsion, Powered Support Equipment, Aerospace Systems and the Fabrication Section. Carrolls CHIEF M. SGT. RICHARD CARROLL Chief Master HILL AFB Sgt. Richard E. Carroll was recently honored for his selection as the Outstanding exceptional and professionalism in the performance of duties and superior dedication management, leadership and technical knowledge made possible an extremely enviable safety record and accomplishment of all the mission 508ths flying requirements. . Commendation Medal. Sgt. Carroll was born in Ogden, graduated from Ogden High School in 1950 and acquired a bachelor of science degree (cum laude) in 1977. He is also the graduate of various military and technical management schools. SHORTLY AFTER his enlisting in the Utah National Guard in 1951, he completed four years active duty in the U.S. Air Force. Warren who is confined to the Cottonwood Hospital suffering from injuries from a train wreck in Sandy. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Miller and family of Porterville, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Terry of children and Lotz Redlands, Calif.; Mrs. Leon Miller and family of Pomona, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Miller, Mrs. Leon Miller are children of Mrs. Millfer and Mr. and Mrs. Terry Lotz are her grandchildren. They all spent the weekend in Utah for the occasion. Mr. Scoffield and Mr. and Mrs. Ahlstrom are brother and sister of Mrs. Miller.
