Hyer, son pf Bishop and Mrs. Blaine Hyer of Kaysville, has received his mission call to serve in the Iowa Des Moines Mission. He will speak in Sacrament meeting on Sunday, July 22 at 1:45 p.m. at the Kaysville 13th LDS' Ward Chapel, 875 EastMO North prior to his departttrSTm July 2d DREW IS a graduate of Davis High School and the LDS Seminary where he served on the Seminary Council. He was a Sterling Scholar in art his senior year and also received the outstanding artist award. He has attended Utah State University this past year. A : THE BRIDE chose a gown of chiffon over satin with an empire waist. It had a Venetian lace bodice with a heart shaped keyhole of English net; full puffy sleeves of chiffon with Venetian lace on the cuffs; a double row of Venetian lace circles the bot- tom. It featured a chapel length train. The bottom of the gown and bodice was accented with seed pearls and crystal beads. She carried a cascading bouquet of white, blue, yellow daisies and yellow roses. ,'MAIDUF honor wgs JoAnn Kearsley. Bridesmajds were Lisa Norman, Kaylene Merrill, Kristy Hansen, Teresa Buhler, Brenda Buhler, Debbie Buhler and Debbie Poulsen. Flower girls were Kaylenn Hansen and Valerie Buhler. The maid of honor wore a blue and white- gingham and dress, carried a bouquet of blue, yellow, white daisies and yellow roses. The brides-smqid- s were dressed in yellow and white gingham dresses and carried bouquets of blue, yellow and white daisies. The flower girls wore short blue and white gingham dresses and - calf-lengt- calf-leng- th carried baskets of blue, yellow and white daisies. THE MOTHERS were dressed in long light blue flowered dresses of organza. They wore corsages of blue, white and yellow daisies. Best man duties were performed by Wayne Anderson. Ushers were Terry Long, Gene McDonald and R.J. Buhler. parties were by Lisa Norman, Kaylene Merrill, Pat Hansen and the Mia Maid class of the PRENUPTIAL given brides LDS Ward. Both the bride and the groom were graduates of Layton High School and the LDS Seminary. AFTER A honeymoon to Sherwood Hills the couple will make their future home in Kaysville. Sunrise Service Set For 24th At SL Tabernacle Rd., Kaysville, will honor their parents with an open house surprise party Saturday, July 21. The event will be held at the Kaysville 10th LDS Ward Cultural Hall, 331 South 50 West, Kaysville. The time will be between 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. MR. AND Mrs. Swanger were married on July 23, 1929 in Ogden with their marriage being solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple in 1936. Mr. Swanger is the son of Ira and Mary Swanger and is the only surviving member of their family of 12 children. Mrs. Swanger, the former Rosetta Bloxham, was the daughter of Heber D. and Grace Bloxham of Declo, Ida. THEIR FOLLOWING marriage they have resided in Kaysville the greater part of their fifty years. However, the past ten years they have spent the winter months in Arizona. Elder Bone To Report On Mission Elder Michael T. Bone has just returned from the Dublin Ireland LDS Mission. He will give his mission report on Sunday, July 22, at the Layton Second Ward Chapel, 2120 West Gentile, Layton, at 3:30 p.m. ELDER BONE was met in Washington, D.C. by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Bone. They visited historic . places of interest before re-- turning home. In Nauvoo, they met Elder Jon Green and his parents Mr. and Mrs. Kelly Geen who also live in the same ward as Elder Bone. The two Elders were close friends before leaving for their missions. 111., ALL FRIENDS and relatives of Elder Bone are invited to hear his report on July 22. Mrs. Swanger has held numerous teaching positions in the LDS Church and has been a member of the Stake Primary Board in the Kaysville Stake. THE COUPLE enjoy dancing, traveling, golfing and keeping busy with family.
