Show WEEKLY REFLEX JUNE 7. 1979 DAVIS NEWS JOURNAL. Head Kaysville Librarian Resigns After 18 Years Mrs. Maurine Brady resigned as Kaysville City Librarian June 1. She has worked in the city library for the past 18 years and since 1971 has served as head librarian. MANY CHANGES have taken place since she first started as well as procedures-ithe library system. The first major change came when the County Health Center was moved from the city building to the Davis County Courthouse in Farmington, allowing space for the library to expand. Additional volumes of books have gradually been added and with the growth of the community has brought growth to the library. Maurine was born in Fair-vieUtah. It was in 1953 when she and her husband, ElRoy, and their family moved to Kaysville to make their home.
