This Stove Has their shoes, years and years ago, what Put yourself would you have done or thought if someone had come to you and proposed this new idea for a game? in FIRST THEY told you that .n order to play this new its necessary to find an open field of about twenty or so acres. The good thing is that this land doesnt have to be flat, in fact they tell you the more hills the better. ONCE YOU secure the field they tell you they want to put 18 small holes in the field, and they also want to put 18 poles with flags on the top in the holes so everyone can see where the holes are. This presents a problem to you, who or when is going to cut all the grass in the field But they solved that They only cut right where the hole is every week. Once a month they cut the grass that leads up to the hole in a straight line. They advise you that anything to the side of the hole, they let grow and call it rough a Complete Blower System game THEY THEN explain that the object of the game is to knock a little white ball into the holes and count how many times you have to hit the ball into the 18 holes What do you hit the ball with, you ask? They tell you that you have your choice between about five sticks with wood on the bottom or about ten sticks with iron on the bottom. BEFORE YOU open your pasture with the holes in it you send out someone to try the game Whatever score he gets you say everyone should get, and you call that par. Anything under that is good, over that isnt so good Its surprising how they ever sold the public the game of golf, but for those of us who enjoy the sport, were glad they accomplished it.
