Commissioner Andre Richardson Assigned A NEW commissioner will be elected in November to oversee the county mental health program. Airman Andre K. Richardson, whose parents are Mr. and Mrs. James H. Richardson of 596 Owen St., Layton, Utah, has been assigned to Chanute AFB, 111., after completing Air Force basic training. DURING THE six weeks training at Lackland AFB, Tex., the airman studied the Air Force mission, organization and customs and received special instruction in human relations. Airman Richardson will now receive specialized training in the aircraft equipment maintenance field.
