According to the ordinance read by Councilman Martindale, the moratorium had to be passed by ordinance and posted in three places. According to the business plan, fund activities are expected to bring in approximately $24,000. Plans for the old school include a Centennial ballroom, DUP museum and gift shop on the first floor.
