The pine tree planted by the students was provided by PTA president, Holly Rosenlof, through the Arbor Day Commission. J.R. Norman, Terry Stock, Justin Rosenlof, and Kenny Lund were the tree planting committee. The program was planned by Gary Ovesons fifth grade. The traditional Maypole dance was performed by fifth grade students who also danced, a western swing, "The Other Side of the Hill."
